Sense of Dread (EVOLOONS)

NOTHING, is set in stone about this, and I explain it badly below. Sorry. XD

I finally did some detailed loon stuff!

One of the few times Perigrim will ever be serious about something. It's a rare thing, luckily.


I don't admittedly know what has planned for Wren and her character/backstory/behavior, I'm really only going off what I've seen from picks and conversations we've had. Basically as far as I can tell, she's sorta like a wolf walking among sheep or something. She seems all nervous and reserved, but in actuality, she's a 'loon killer. Tyto and Zanzibar I don't believe are aware.

Perigrim is aware though.

Sort of.

He isn't physic or anything, he just knows how to read people, and his gut instincts are very strong, even at an early age. He's a got a sense for these sort of things. He felt that something was wrong with her from the moment she hatched, something it seemed no one else sensed. All they saw was a shy, skittish little loonling, but he could feel something was wrong with her... Thus, he avoided her directly and watched her from a distance, occasionally seeing her true nature peeping through. Though he never saw her do anything (yet) he can tell she's done things... Bad things... He does try and warn some loons though, just telling them that they might wanna be careful around her. He'll occasionally confront her sorta, like say something in passing that's just shy of a sly jab. (A bit like in the comic.) This all is badly explained, I'm sorry.

Wren's gotten good at passing off as a normal, shy little evoloon.

In short, Perigrim remains pleasant but drops subtle hints about knowing she's bad and keeps an eye on her at a distance. She's the one loon thus far he actively dislikes. Whitey will have to explain Wren. XD Basically, their both pleasant around others, but Wrens a monster and Peri is aware that she's bad news, but not exactly why.


ALSO, Peri doesn't dislike anyone's that's scary or dark, but Wren seriously is a cold blooded evoloon eater... She doesn't really deserve any of Perigrim's usually benefit of the doubt.


Sorry this is so confusing. Please enjoy the comic. (P.S. He's thinking those words, not saying them.)

Also this MAY be the first time we see Perigrim NOT smiling! XD
